Who am I?

I am an L1 Licensed Mind Mentor, NLP Practitioner (Neuro-linguistic programming), and Manifesting Coach. I am passionate about personal growth and transformation. With over a decade of deep self-development, working closely with various life coaches.

This journey has been a catalyst, helping me overcome self-limiting beliefs. It has shaped my approach to coaching, focusing on healing their mindset and reprogramming their thought patterns to eliminate unwanted behavioural habits.

By utilising neuroscience-based practices, I help others rewire their subconscious minds, empowering them to cultivate clarity, confidence, and lasting positive changes. My mission is to help individuals overcome their undesirable autopilot routines and transform their lives.
